MAHMUT AKINCI, Attorney-at-Law

Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in the year 1975; admitted to Antalya Bar Association and established AKINCI Law Office in 1976.

Since the early years of his legal practice he had concentrated on providing legal consultancy and attorneyship services to the major banks of Republic of Turkey.

Mr. AKINCI had acted as the legal counsel of many companies and provided his extensive experience to his clients.   His area of practice is mainly focused on commercial Law, construction law, real estate law, Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law.

FATMA ZÜHRE AKINCI, L.L.M, Attorney-at-Law

Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in the year 2000 and joined to AKINCI Law Office at the end of 2005.

Miss AKINCI had completed her L.L.M studies at Vrije University of Brussels, BELGIUM in 2003 on International and European Union Law. Besides her L.L.M degree she holds certificates granted for completion of courses on European Union Law, Anglo –American Contract Law, Commercial and Construction Law by various institutions.

Before her participation to the firm, she had worked in Ankara, where she obtained extensive experience especially on corporate law, commercial law, labor law and international transactions. She had provided legal advice to multinational companies on their investment issues in Turkey and rendered legal consultancy on corporate matters.

Foreign Investment Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Commercial Law and matters of international nature are her main practice areas.

SULTAN TEKE SOYDİNÇ, Attorney-at-Law

Graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in the year 2002; admitted to Antalya Bar Association and joined AKINCI Law Office in 2003.

Since her participation to the firm, her legal practice is focused on family and inheritance law matters and also criminal law. Mrs. SOYDİNÇ is also handling labor law, real estate law, bankruptcy and enforcement law matters together with the other members of the firm.
